The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties, Inc. (BIA) is hosting the 32nd Annual Parade of Homes on June 11 -1 9, 2011.  The event will showcase beautiful new construction inventory in Okaloosa and Walton County.  Watercolor, FL Real Estate will be represented at 116 Wiregrass Way, a beautiful 5600sqft 5BR/6.5BA home built by Corestruction, LLC.

Each home and development will be open Sunday through Friday 1 – 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  On Thursday June 16, each home and development will be open until 8 p.m. for the Paradewide Twilight Tour. In addition to that tour, Sanctuary by the Sea will have their own Twilight Tour until 8 p.m. on June 18.
