The weather in South Walton has been warm this July but for Rosemary Beach, FL the Real Estate Sales have been scorching HOT!  Total real estate sales for ALL of Scenic 30-A this July has been impressive with $44,718,663 in total volume (combined residential) but even more impressive is that over HALF of that volume was generated in Rosemary Beach.  76 South Green Turtle Lane, a luxurious 5484 Square Foot – 6 Bedroom/6.5 Bath home with 85 feet of gulf frontage sold for $7,333,333 earlier this month.  24 South Briland Lane was not too far behind, selling for $7,250,000 just yesterday (4520 Square feet, 5 Bedroom/5Bath, 115 feet of gulf frontage).

The other lifestyle communities of Scenic 30-A have had a very good month as well.  WaterSound FL sold a total volume of $6,854,800 (combined residential) in July and WaterColor/Seaside combined sold $3,998,400.  Residential lot sales in WaterColor and WaterSound totaled $1,425,000.
