The high ceilings make the space feel even more inviting, along with a fireplace and multiple balconies to truly enjoy the space. Once you make your way up to the third floor, you have the master bedroom and another guest room. You'll find en suite baths and private balconies in both of these bedrooms. The elevator goes between all 3 floors of the main house to make everything so much easier on all your family and guests. The carriage house is located above your private two car garage, which is outfitted with pecky cypress walls and ceiling. You have plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach in your Carriage house living room. The first level is your living space, kitchen, dining area, bunk beds, and full bathroom. Up the stairs you will find the loft bedroom, which looks over your living space.
