About Kallie Rawles
Kallie comes to us as a long time local here on the Emerald Coast. She and her family have resided in the area for over 20 years now. She grew up living in Freeport and spending her free time along the beautiful beaches of 30-A. Her father had a beach service company where she spent the majority of her younger years working alongside him helping with the business. That in turn gave her valuable knowledge of the area and business services early on.
Kallie’s knowledge of the area from previous work experience, such as working in the well-known area of Seaside to WaterColor allowed her to witness the unique beauty of the area first hand.
Kallie’s real estate journey began in early 2005 when she worked as an assistant to a real estate agent and witnessed the massive growth that was taking place the area. While working to obtain her sales associate license, she gained firsthand experience from contracts to the closing process. She took a small break in early 2007 to begin a career in finance and banking. That experience allowed her to further her knowledge in areas such as mortgage, investments, consumer and business services. Her banking career took her all over the panhandle area from Panama City to Destin and eventually moving her from her beloved home town to Portland, Organ. Where she worked and managed many different banking locations. After working in Portland for almost two years she decided it was time to get back to her roots and the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast; that’s where her heart is.
